Description:

Automated ammunition packaging machine has the following sequence of work:
• Loading of cartridges
• Loading of empty cradles
• Feeding of cartridges into the machine in the required orientation
• Loading of cartridges into cradles
• Transfer of packed cradles
• Unloading of packed cradles

Automated machine for loading of the drill bits presents the drills to the laser marking machine and has the following features:
• To have a continuous laser marking operation with no down time
• Have quick change setups with minimal down time by non skilled personnel
• Able to be operated in both automatic (unattended) & manual modes
• Able to be interlinked with a packaging machine

Automated machine for packaging of the drill bits packs drills into a range of quad packs and clam shells and has the following features:
• Able to pack drills into a variety of packaging packs
• Able to be operated in both automatic (unattended) & manual modes
• Have quick change setups with minimal down time by non skilled personnel
• Able to determine incorrect packed quantities
• Able to overprint generic labels – both front & back
• Able to pack into box lots
